A service of CHW Medical Foundation, Woodland Clinic, is a division of CHW Medical Foundation (CHWMF), a nonprofit affiliate of Catholic Healthcare West. CHWMF operates clinics with locations (referred to as "care centers") throughout Northern California. With over 350 contracted physicians plus scores of allied health practitioners, CHWMF provides high quality, personalized care to its patients. CHWMF also provides health education and conducts medical research.
Woodland Clinic provides health care services to families in Yolo County and surrounding areas through its professional service agreement with Woodland Clinic Medical Group, Inc. (WCMG), the employer of the physicians serving patients at Woodland Clinic care center locations.
