Woodland Clinic is a division of CHW Medical Foundation (CHWMF). CHWMF is a nonprofit medical foundation with locations (referred to as “care centers”) throughout California.
Woodland Clinic provides healthcare services to families in Yolo County and surrounding areas through its professional service agreement with Woodland Clinic Medical Group, Inc. (WCMG), a Medical Corporation. Woodland Clinic and Woodland Memorial Hospital are each affiliates of Catholic Healthcare West (CHW). CHWMF also provides health education and conducts medical research.
