Primary Stroke Center – A unique program at Woodland Memorial Hospital offering patients an extensive continuum of care from the ED to rehabilitation, recognized by the Joint Commission
Cardiac Wellness Program – Part of our comprehensive cardiac services, this is a supervised, personalized program for cardiac patients
Sleep Disorders Center – An accredited member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine offering testing, evaluation and treatment at Woodland Memorial Hospital for a variety of sleep disorders
Diabetes Care – A complete program including education, assessment and management for patients with diabetes, given “Diabetes Physician Recognition Program Designation” for quality care by the National Committee on Quality Assurance and American Diabetes Association
Yolo Adult Day Health Center – A diverse program of health, social and rehabilitation services for Yolo County adults with physician or cognitive limitations
