Woodland Clinic, A service of CHW Medical Foundation, (Woodland Clinic) is a division of CHW Medical Foundation, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation that operates a California 1206-L clinic with locations (referred to as “care center locations”) throughout Northern California. Woodland Clinic provides healthcare services to Yolo County area families through its contracted multi-specialty group of more than 95 primary care physicians and specialists, as well as physician assistants, nurse practitioners and other providers. This multi-specialty group is known as the Woodland Clinic Medical Group, Inc. (WCMG). Woodland Clinic is an affiliate of Catholic Healthcare West (CHW) and CHW’s Woodland Memorial Hospital. Woodland Healthcare is an integrated health system comprised of Woodland Memorial Hospital and Woodland Clinic. Woodland Clinic has care locations at its main care center in Woodland (across from Woodland Memorial Hospital) and at its Davis, care center. CHWMF also provides health education and medical research.
