Part of Woodland Healthcare’s cardiac care program, cardiac rehabilitation begins while you are still in Woodland Memorial Hospital recovering from a heart attack or heart surgery. The rehabilitation program can continue after your release from the hospital, and is designed to help you achieve optimal physical and emotional health through personalized instruction.
